Christmas Wreath Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups mixed greens arugula, spinach, baby lettuce
  • 1 cup red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup pitted black olives
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the mixed greens in a ring on a large round platter to create the wreath shape.
  • Tuck cucumber slices throughout the greens to help give the wreath more structure and fullness.
  • Scatter the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, and pomegranate seeds evenly over the greens.
  • Add a few fresh basil leaves for color and a festive touch.
  • Drizzle the salad with olive oil and a light swirl of balsamic glaze.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve right away.
