Instructions
Arrange the mixed greens in a ring on a large round platter to create the wreath shape.
Tuck cucumber slices throughout the greens to help give the wreath more structure and fullness.
Scatter the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, and pomegranate seeds evenly over the greens.
Add a few fresh basil leaves for color and a festive touch.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil and a light swirl of balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve right away.
