Instructions
Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a large serving platter, curving them slightly to form a candy cane shape.
Slip fresh basil leaves between some of the layers to add color and brightness.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and a swirl of balsamic glaze.
Season with a small pinch of salt and black pepper.
Serve right away as a festive holiday appetizer.
