Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Coconut oil melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
  • cup hemp seeds
  • cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the almonds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and sea salt.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about eight minutes, stirring halfway through, and keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before adding the shredded coconut and hemp seeds, if desired.
